     During my 30+ years in customer service, I have had the great privilege of serving my customers by consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations and leaving them with positive experiences.  

     My career began as a young woman when I had the  opportunity to manage a family business in South Florida with a team of 33 employees. It was a great commitment not only to the business but also to the people we served. Each employee was an essential part of our family business, and as a business and a team, our goal was to lead by example with the understanding that creating a positive impact was not just an option; it was as vital to our business as a heartbeat. 

     After several dedicated years, I had the privilege of managing financial institutions for 12 years. During this time, I had the opportunity to hone and develop my skills in customer service, business networking, and mentoring members. While these skills developed greatly, I decided it was time not only to expand my work portfolio, but I greatly desired to spend more time with my amazing husband and children. With this in mind, I changed my focus to the medical field and real estate, and it has been 7+ exciting years since.
